At Eagle Rock Gymnastics, we offer tumbling gymnastics classes for individuals looking to focus on floor exercises and develop their tumbling skills. Our classes are suitable for a range of skill levels, including beginners and more advanced gymnasts.

In our tumbling gymnastics classes, you can expect to receive instruction and practice in various skills, such as:

  • Basic tumbling fundamentals: We will cover foundational techniques like forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels, which provide a solid base for advancing to more complex skills.
  • Progressions and drills: We incorporate progressions and drills into our classes to help you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. These exercises may include handstand progressions, bridge work, and conditioning drills specific to tumbling.
  • Intermediate and advanced skills: As you progress in your tumbling abilities, we will introduce more advanced skills, such as back handsprings, tucks, layouts, and twisting skills like back twists and front twists.
